This policy explains what information KNOWDELIA S.R.L. (“Knowdelia”, “we”, “us”) handles when you visit this website (knowdelia.com) or use our products, including the busca.click browser extension and any Knowdelia app distributed through the Apple App Store or other app stores.

The short version: our products are built to keep your data on your device. We do not sell personal data, we do not show ads, and we do not use analytics or tracking in our products.

Who we are

The data controller is KNOWDELIA S.R.L., a company registered in Romania with its registered office at Strada Regele Ferdinand 22-26, 3rd Floor, 400110 Cluj-Napoca, Romania, Trade Register no. This website

• No accounts, cookies or analytics. The website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
• Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider may record technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept for a limited time and are not used to identify you.
• Fonts. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When it does, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy.

busca.click

busca.click is a browser extension that saves and organizes the pages you choose to keep. It is designed so that your data never leaves your device.

• Stored only on your device. Everything you save is stored in your browser’s local storage. There is no Knowdelia server, account, sync or remote processing. The extension makes no network requests to us or to third parties.
• Only when you ask. The extension reads a page only when you choose to save it (toolbar button, popup or keyboard shortcut). It uses the activeTab and scripting permissions for this and cannot see other pages.
• What is saved. For each saved page: its address, title and site, and, where the page shows them, product details such as name, brand, model, price, currency, condition, image address and publication date. Never the full page content, form contents, passwords, cookies, account details or messages.
• Sensitive pages are skipped. The extension refuses to save pages that look like login, account, checkout, cart, payment or messaging pages, or pages with a filled-in password field.
• You are in control. You can delete saved items at any time. Exporting creates a file on your device. Uninstalling the extension removes its stored data from your browser.

If a future version adds a feature that needs to send data off your device, it will be optional, explained before you turn it on, and described in an update to this policy.

Apps

Unless a product states otherwise in this policy, Knowdelia apps follow the same principles as busca.click: your content is stored on your device and we do not collect it. The privacy information shown on each app’s App Store page reflects the data that app handles.

When you contact us

If you email us, we use your email address and the content of your message only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share personal data for advertising. We only disclose information if required by law, or to service providers (such as our website host) that process it on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority or to the Romanian authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro). Because our products keep your content on your device, most of this data is already under your control. For anything we hold, such as emails you sent us, write to contact@knowdelia.com.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our practices change, and revise the date at the top. For significant changes, we will give notice in the product or on knowdelia.com.
